Thank you for placing your Junior League of Memphis merchandise. Your purchase helps JLM continue its mission to develop women's leadership for meaningful community impact. Here are some things to know about your order.

Please allow our merchandise vendor, One Stop Marketing, 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order. Your order may be fulfilled before that.

• Once your order is fulfilled and ready, you will receive an email from our JLM Merchandising Coordinator, Victoria Erdel Garcia, letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders will be picked up at the Community Resource Center (CRC), located at 3475 Central Avenue, during our hours of operation.
• Headquarters Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Summer Hours (Memorial Day-Labor Day): Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• You must pick up your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of email from JLM.
