Hub - I paid for my uniform ordered in the store:  This is a Hub Purchase.  Please contact your hub near you.

Shipping Method

Return Policy

Returns

Items in original condition (not worn or laundered) will be accepted for exchange or credit if returned within 30 days of original purchase. The customer is responsible for the freight in returning the item(s) to 1-Stop Marketing.

Exchanges

For exchanges, 1-Stop Marketing will reship at no additional freight charge to the customer, All exchanges will be shipped to the store. (No residential deliveries for exchanges). Please include a copy of your order or name,address, store # and phone number. Identify the items you wish to return and the reason.

Incorrect /Error Shipment

If an incorrect item is shipped to the customer, 1- Stop Marketing will exchange the product at no additional freight charge to the customer. Please call Customer Service for further instructions: 888-440-2966.

Damage Items

If an item shipped damaged to the customer, 1- Stop Marketing will exchange the product at no additional freight charge to the customer. Please call Customer Service for further instructions: 888-440-2966.

Defective Items
